WOMEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT: LAYMEN STORY OF ALLAHABAD DIVISION

Abstract

Human is a best creature of God. He takes birth with unique trait and attributes. Human is an active resource for the economy, therefore it is necessary to develop the skill of human for increasing the efficiency of the human resource to maintain growth and getting development in the economy. Women can also play a vital role and show/ proof themself the best human capital for economy through entrepreneurship because they have various skill and knowledge but they are being ignored till now. If the awareness about their empowerment and their identity is generated at a level of surgical strike, economy can used their skill in a positive term and get positively output from them. In other terms, if Women labor force can be transferred from the household activities to economic activities, GDP, Employment and Welfare of the economy can be raised. It means, they may become a role Model in the process of economic development. This study is based on primary data. Study can be concluded that the Economic factors are important in the livelihood patterns of the women entrepreneurs. These livelihoods patterns may be accelerated with the TADKA of Skill Promotion and shall be generating accepted enhance income of the women entrepreneurs and ultimately raising the standard of living/life of women entrepreneur’s families.
