Abstract

This research work presents the synthesis of a novel three-dimensional (3D) hybrid nanostructure composed of polyaniline (PANI) grafted onto a graphene oxide-multi walled carbon nanotube (GO-MWNT) matrix. The hybrid nanostructure was meticulously prepared to harness the synergistic effects of graphene, carbon nanotubes, and PANI. The hybrid composite was synthesized by grafting the PANI along the GO-MWNT matrix using in situ oxidative polymerization route. The study primarily focuses on the detailed synthesis process, Physiochemical characterization and dielectric property analysis of resultant hybrid material. The structural order, morphological properties and thermal properties of hybrid composite was examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and furthermore, the dielectric properties of this hybrid nanostructure are comprehensively analysed through dielectric measurements. For Dielectric measurements the composite powder was compressed in pallet form having 1mm thickness and 8 mm diameter. The dielectric properties including specific resistivity, dielectric constant and tangent loss was recorded with frequency at room temperature.
