EVALUATING QUALITY FOR ORACLE ERP HCM IMPLEMENTATION USING ISO 9126

Abstract

This research paper is associated with the evaluation of an HCM implementation of Oracle ERP using ISO 9126 standards. This experiment, which was centered on the evaluation of potential users' responses to the different qualities' features such as functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability, pays high attention to the International Standards Organization ISO 9126 and its application in the production of Oracle ERP HCM systems. By using a step-by-step process of literature review, case studies and data analysis, this paper aims to grant insight into whether or not ISO 9126 is used for evaluating the quality of successful and unsuccessful implementations of Oracle ERP HCM as an effective framework.
