Abstract

In this paper we consider multiple working vacations with restriction admissibility condition wherein due to the vacation the customers arrive at a very slow rate as the arrival rate is slow so as the service rate when the servers returns from vacation and finds at least one customer he resumes to busy period of service. A sensitivity analysis is carried out to find the Length of the system and queue, Waiting time of the system and queue. Further the cost varying for different C servers are obtained to find the optimum solution of the transient model has been calculated.
